Your first property and website are free
The website and your first property are free. Each additional property is a one-time payment of 10 GEL. Promotion is a separate option.
MASPIO is inspired by the Georgian tradition of hospitality — the meeting of a guest and a host. We are building a place where guests find accommodation in Georgia and hosts take bookings and talk to guests directly.

Frequently asked questions
- Do I need to renew an additional property?
- No. The payment is one-time; the right is permanent and attached to the property when it is first sent for moderation. Publishing still goes through the usual moderation.
