What MASPIO is

MASPIO is a platform where hosts publish listings of places to stay in Georgia and guests find them and send a booking request.

MASPIO is not a hotel, a travel agency, a carrier or a party to the accommodation agreement. That agreement is made between the guest and the host.

The name MASPIO is inspired by the Georgian tradition of hospitality.

Account

• One account covers both roles: the same person can be a guest and a host.
• Registration requires a working email address, confirmed with a code from a message.
• The password must be at least eight characters. Keeping it safe is the account owner's responsibility.
• You accept the terms of use, the booking rules and the privacy policy as a separate step when signing up. When the documents change, the service will ask you to accept the new version.
• Provide accurate information about yourself. Accounts created to deceive other people are blocked.

Payment

MASPIO does not accept payment for stays and does not process money between guest and host. Payment goes directly to the host in a way the two of you agree on.

There is no prepayment on the platform. Never send money to anyone who claims to be MASPIO staff and asks for payment through the service.

What the service does not verify

MASPIO does not verify ownership of a property, rental permits, tax status or tour organisers' qualifications. A host or organiser identity check, when passed, confirms identity only. Moderation of a listing or a tour is not an identity check.

MASPIO does not guarantee that a listing matches reality and is not responsible for the quality of a stay. When we receive a justified complaint (the Support page, topic Complaint), we may hide or block the listing.

Rules of conduct

• Do not publish other people's photos or texts without permission.
• Do not post insults, threats or unlawful content.
• Do not use messages or reviews to send advertising.
• Do not attempt to access other accounts or to disrupt the service.

User content

What you publish stays yours. By publishing a listing, a review or a photo you allow the service to show it on the site and in search results.

We may hide or remove content that breaks these terms or the law.

Ending access

You can delete your account at any time. We may block an account for a serious or repeated breach of the rules. When you try to sign in, the service will say that the account is blocked; write to support to learn the reason.

MASPIO points are not money; they cannot be withdrawn or transferred. After account deletion the remaining points cannot be used; while an account is blocked, invitation rewards are frozen.

Liability

The service is provided as is. We work to keep it running but do not promise uninterrupted operation or protection of data against hardware failure.

Disputes about a stay, money or the condition of a property are resolved between guest and host.
