Booking with no prepayment and no commission

The guest submits a booking request, the host confirms the dates, and payment is handled outside the platform.

We deliberately do not take prepayment and do not hold the guest's money. A request arrives in the owner's account with the guest's name, contact details, dates, number of guests and a comment. The owner confirms or declines it and contacts the guest directly. For a small guesthouse this is simpler than paying a commission on every booking. For the guest there is less risk: they do not transfer money to an unfamiliar property in advance. The platform earns only from a listing subscription, so it is not in our interest to inflate the number of requests for the sake of a commission — it is in our interest for requests to result in stays.
