2026-08-20How to write a knowledge base so that Nino answers well
We go through each section in turn, covering what to write about your property and why the "what we do not have" section matters more than the rest.
Nino does not invent facts. She answers only with what you have entered, and for everything else she honestly says she will check with the host. This means the quality of her answers equals the quality of your text.
Write in sections: general description, location and how to get there, prices and what is included, check-in and check-out, food and breakfast, rules, cancellation, children and accessibility, languages, what to see nearby. Be specific: not "close to the centre" but "seven minutes on foot to the White Bridge". Not "parking available" but "two cars in the yard, the rest on the street in front of the house".
The most underrated section is what we do not have. Write it plainly: no lift, no pool, we do not accept cards, the staircase is steep. A guest who learns this before booking will not leave a bad review or cancel at the last minute.
Nino does not confirm prices and available dates as final: dates are always the host's responsibility. This way the guest will not receive a promise you cannot keep.
